Welcome to Lively Racing! Primarily a Thoroughbred Racing operation based in MD. We keep a small string of horses at Laurel Park  which makes us conveniently located to Delaware Park, Philadelphia Park, Penn National, Charlestown Races and Slots, Monmouth Park, and Pimlico Racetrack.  In addtion to racing thoughout the Mid Atlantic region, we offer breaking, leg ups, and lay up services, and also work with some show and steeplechase prospects.

Both Troy and Rachael Lively are from families in the racing industry, offering years of experience in all aspects of the sport.
Coming from backgrounds in flat, steeplechase, and show jumping, they specifically enjoy bringing young horses along. Seeing them thru from the first day of saddling to the first day they walk into the paddock and make their way to the gate, it is most rewarding to be there for the complete experience.
